Astoria is the kind of lake house that instantly feels like vacation the moment you arrive with the perfect location, exquisite design, and amenities galore!! Set right in the heart of Lake Hamilton less than a minute away from Wal-Mart off of Airport Rd., this spacious 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or group trips with friends. The media room also has 2 queen sleeper sofas, so the house sleeps more like a 6 bedroom. The open-concept living spaces are bright and inviting, with large windows that pull in those peaceful lake views, while the kitchen and dining areas are designed for everything from slow morning coffees to big group dinners. Step outside and you'll find a private heated pool, a cozy fire pit for evenings under the stars, and your own private dock—ideal for jumping in the water or heading out for a day on the lake. Less than 20 steps to the water on a flat lot!!

Inside, there's no shortage of ways to stay entertained. The bunk room is perfect for kids (or the young at heart), and the dedicated movie room sets the scene for laid-back nights in. One of the standout features is the multi-sport simulator room offering 27 different sports—from full-scale golf to soccer, football, baseball, tennis, and more. There's something for everyone no matter the weather. DON'T FORGET PICKLEBALL, there's also a private court outside, making it easy to squeeze in a friendly match before heading down to the water.

Beyond the property, Hot Springs has plenty to explore when you're ready to venture out. From the historic Bathhouse Row and natural thermal springs to scenic hiking trails in Hot Springs National Park, there's a great mix of relaxation and adventure nearby. You'll also find local restaurants, shops, and lakefront spots that give the area its laid-back charm. Whether you spend your days on the water or exploring town, Astoria puts you right in the middle of everything that makes Hot Springs such a favorite destination.

Must give 48hr notice! Any shorter notice is not guaranteed and will result in an additional $50 fee
90 degrees maximum heat temperature
$150/day and must be heated for the duration of the stay.
Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a $500 security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of the lake will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. Keep in mind that this property sits in a cove where the water levels are not as high as other areas of the lake. When the lake is lowered it will be completely dry with no visible water at all.

We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.
