A More Personal Approach to Hospitality

Overnight Digs began in the fall of 2022 when three Arkansas families came together as travelers and property investors. We wanted a boutique management company that cared about the guest's experience and the owner's investment with equal attention. Our approach is personal. We want guests to feel welcome, homes to be cared for, and the details of each stay to reflect the standards we look for on our own vacations. That means integrity, attentive service, and a clean home to settle into.

Carey & Erin Antoon

Carey and Erin made their first vacation rental investment in 2021. Based in Little Rock, they see these homes as "lifestyle assets": places that bring together property ownership, family travel, and the experiences they love to share with others.

Jasen & Kristen Shamlin

Lake Hamilton is home for Jasen and Kristen. After years of traveling and learning what makes a rental stay work, they established their first Hot Springs property in 2018. Those experiences helped shape the personal approach behind Overnight Digs.

Andrew & Jennifer Adkins

Andrew and Jennifer brought years of real estate experience to Overnight Digs, from renovations and new builds to long-term rentals. Their move into lakefront vacation homes led them to seek a more attentive management option and help create one.

General Manager

Laikin

Based in Hot Springs, Laikin brings short-term rental experience from several regions. A former elementary school teacher, she brings creativity and ingenuity to improving the guest experience and supporting the growth of Overnight Digs.
