Water's Edge is a relaxed lakeside retreat designed for gathering, unwinding, and making the most of life on Lake Hamilton. With wide-open views of the water, spacious indoor living areas, and inviting outdoor spaces, this home makes it easy for families and groups to settle in and enjoy time together. Inside, the main living area welcomes you with warm wood ceilings, comfortable seating, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The open layout flows easily into the dining space and a bright, well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, generous counter space, and seating for gathering while meals are prepared. Downstairs, a second living room creates even more space to spread out, perfect for movie nights, games, or a quiet spot to relax after a day on the water.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate groups comfortably, offering a mix of king, queen, and twin sleeping spaces. Several rooms feature calming neutral tones and plenty of natural light, creating restful spaces to recharge. The bathrooms are updated and spacious, with modern finishes, double vanities, and walk-in showers that make getting ready easy for larger groups.

Outside is where Water's Edge really shines. Step out onto the large deck to grill dinner with a lake view, enjoy coffee on the covered porch, take a dip in the hot tub, or gather around the firepit as the sun sets over the water. The private dock with multiple covered slips makes it easy to bring a boat or spend the afternoon fishing and swimming right from the property. With open seating areas, a ping pong table for a little friendly competition, and plenty of room to relax by the shoreline, the outdoor spaces invite you to slow down and enjoy lake life.

Please Note:

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of the lake will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. Keep in mind that this property sits in a cove where the water levels are not as high as other areas of the lake. When the lake is lowered it will be completely dry with no visible water at all.

We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.
