The layout is smart and simple, with a modern kitchen downstairs equipped with all the essentials for cooking up tasty meals. Upstairs, there's a fun game room and two more bedrooms for more entertainment options. The game room has air hockey, arcade games, shuffleboard, and more.

Outside, there's a heated pool, a fire pit, and games like cornhole and giant connect four. Plus, you can enjoy kayaking or paddle boarding with the gear provided. And for outdoor cooking, there's a gas grill on the balcony with beautiful lake views.

***Must give 48hr notice! Any shorter notice is not guaranteed and will result in an addition $50 fee
***90 degrees maximum heat setting
***$95/day for the duration of your stay.
In extreme cold weather typically between December-February the pool heat will not be super efficient. Especially when temperatures are below freezing.

Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.

Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.

We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM. In the event of an emergency outside of these hours, please take note of the following:
For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a voicemail or send a text message, and we will promptly return your call the following morning.
