The Rock House

Our lake house, affectionately known as The Rock House, is the ultimate pet-friendly destination, welcoming up to 2 dogs for creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Imagine waking up to breathtaking views of the lake from our spacious deck, taking refreshing dips in both our pool and the lake, and indulging in thrilling water sports. For food enthusiasts, a variety of delicious local restaurants are just a stone's throw away. The Rock House is more than just a place to stay; it's a haven for making the most of your holiday, where even the kids will find endless entertainment in our unique game room, complete with classic video game systems and a big screen TV for movie nights or watching the big game.

Our property features two separate buildings connected by a charming short path. The main house boasts three beautifully designed king bedrooms, each with its own distinct theme, and two and a half bathrooms. The main living area, kitchen, and laundry facilities are all conveniently located on the main floor, offering easy access to the patio, pool, and lake. The Barn at The Rock House is every kid, teen, and young adult's dream come true, housing three additional bedrooms with a mix of queen and twin XL bunk beds, two full bathrooms, and a game room that promises endless fun.

Step into our fully-equipped kitchen, where modern appliances meet stylish design, making it a joy to prepare meals. The living room is a cozy retreat with plenty of comfy seating and a large smart TV, perfect for family gatherings. The game room, located in The Barn, is a nostalgic trip back to the 90s with its neon décor, classic video game stations, and a massive sectional couch for movie marathons or watching sports on the large screen smart TV. There's even a game table with board games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained.

Outdoors, our property offers a wealth of amenities designed for relaxation and fun. The patio features a hot tub, outdoor dining area, smart TV, and a propane BBQ grill, all shaded for comfort. The large pool is surrounded by sun loungers, and a fire pit by the dock provides a perfect spot for evening gatherings under the stars. The private dock is ideal for boating enthusiasts, while the backyard boasts a basketball hoop and outdoor ping pong table for some friendly competition. Nestled in a quiet, private neighborhood, The Rock House is your perfect lakeside retreat.

Our lake house bedrooms are designed to be comfortable and inviting retreats, offering the perfect blend of style and relaxation. The bathrooms are freshly renovated and modern, ensuring comfort and convenience. The primary ensuite bathroom in the main house features two sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The other two main house bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a double sink and a shower/tub combo. There's also a half bath off the main living area. In The Barn, two identical bathrooms each have a single sink and a shower, providing stylish and comfortable facilities for everyone.

The expansive patio features a hot tub, perfect for unwinding while taking in the beautiful lake views. An outdoor dining area equipped with a smart TV and a propane BBQ grill makes it easy to enjoy meals al fresco, shaded for comfort throughout the day. The large inground pool is surrounded by sun loungers, inviting you to bask in the sun or splash around with family and friends. As you venture further down the walkway, you'll discover a cozy fire pit area, ideal for evening gatherings under the stars. The private dock is perfect for boating enthusiasts, allowing you to tie up your boat and enjoy direct lake access throughout your stay. Additionally, a basketball hoop and outdoor ping pong table provide fun and competitive activities for everyone. Nestled in a quiet, private neighborhood, our outdoor space offers the perfect setting for making lasting memories.

Hot tub only runs for 4 hours at a time, and takes 45min to an hour to heat. It will not run continuously during your stay. It will need to be reset every 4 hours

The property is pet-friendly up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable pet deposit of $150

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.

Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.

Please note, the pool is not available during winter months Starting November and will not be open until May of the following year
