The main floor includes a king bedroom with an ensuite bath featuring a shower, tub, and toilet, plus a queen bedroom just steps from the half bath. Upstairs, a second king bedroom has its own ensuite with a combination tub and shower, while two more bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with a queen and two twin beds—share a full hallway bathroom. With three full bathrooms and one half bath in total, the layout makes it easy for guests to spread out and settle in.

Just below, the private dock offers two boat slips—one perfect for a party barge and another for a smaller boat—along with a roomy swim platform equipped with loungers and shade. From sunrise swims to evenings spent watching the water glow at dusk, every moment by the lake feels effortless and serene.

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of the lake will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. Keep in mind that this property sits in a cove where the water levels are not as high as other areas of the lake. When the lake is lowered it will be completely dry with no visible water at all.

We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.
